Structural racism embeds inequalities into systems, seen in workplace discrimination and lending practices. Cultural racism is ingrained in societal culture, affecting acceptance of academic achievement. Historical racism persists through intergenerational disparities, perpetuated by whitewashed narratives that downplay past injustices. These forms of racism contribute to systemic inequalities and hinder progress toward social justice.

The interesting point in this article is that racism can manifest in various ways. It's not just about individual prejudice and discrimination but also occurs at structural, cultural, and historical levels, perpetuating and exacerbating inequality among races. Additionally, it's fascinating to explore how historical racism continues to impact the current generation. Reading this, I realized how deeply ingrained and complex the impact of racism is on society as a whole. It made me think that we need to fundamentally understand and gather strength to address this racism.
