1. The video is about the "most livable city" and explains the relationship between GDP and people's happiness. Here's an article detailing what's interesting about this video, what I think about it, and what to discuss. The first interesting thing about this video is that it deals with the relationship between GDP and happiness. Many people see GDP as a key measure of the development and prosperity of a country or city. However, the video highlights that GDP is not directly related to people's actual happiness. This suggests that economic growth figures alone cannot assess people's quality of life and satisfaction. The video highlights the fact that in addition to GDP, various factors have a significant impact on quality of life.

2.The theme of the video is that when evaluating the 'most livable city', we should not just use GDP, an economic indicator, but consider more diverse aspects. The video refers to the HDI (Human Development Index) and explains the importance of comprehensively evaluating several factors, such as health, education, and living standards. In my opinion, I completely agree with what this video emphasizes. Evaluating happiness simply by economic figures is very limited, and does not reflect realistic quality of life. For example, even if GDP is high, if social inequality is severe or environmental pollution is severe, the life satisfaction of people living there is inevitably low. Therefore, I think it is important to make a more comprehensive and realistic evaluation through multi-faceted indicators such as HDI.

3. In class, we discussed the role of the state in setting policies. The state must still strive for GDP and its people. First, as policy implications, we can discuss how these multi-faceted evaluations can be reflected in actual policy decisions. It is important for policymakers to establish more comprehensive policies by taking into account various indicators as well as GDP. We can also have philosophical and practical discussions about what happiness is and how we can measure it. Since the definition of happiness can be subjective, various approaches to measure it are also needed. Through this video, we were able to rethink the difficulty of evaluating people's happiness using economic figures alone. Through various indicators, I came to realize that it is important to make a more balanced evaluation.
