 The name of the video I saw is "The Fermi Paradox: Interdiction." The video covers in-depth the "blocking hypothesis," one of many different interpretations of Fermi's paradoxes. This hypothesis suggests that alien civilizations, even if they exist, may be intentionally avoiding contact with us or hiding their existence. I think the most interesting thing about this video is that it specifically describes several aspects of the "blocking hypothesis," which is trying to solve the Fermi paradox. Among them, I found the protection theory most interesting, that certain alien civilizations may be blocking our contact to protect us from other alien civilizations that have the potential to harm us. It also makes me think that we are scared of what will happen to the moment when, if we do not know, there is no protection.
