 It is intriguing that culturally diverse organizations outperform monocultural ones by 35%. This diversity not only fosters more innovation and creativity but also enhances teamwork and holistic problem-solving skills.

The lecturer discussed how we perceive the world through the lens of culture. By altering this perspective, we can change our interpretation of the world. I believe multiculturalism is essential, and people should actively seek to understand and learn from different cultures. Although cultural differences can sometimes cause conflicts, we must embrace and learn from these differences to reduce conflicts and increase mutual understanding. This way, we can truly acknowledge our differences and work together toward a future of peace and harmony.

This topic is closely related to the "cultural" subjects we studied in the lecture, including subcultures and counter-cultures, ethnocentrism, and cultural relativism. By studying these topics, we gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and its societal impact, applying this knowledge in practical life to promote intercultural understanding and inclusion.
