1) Interestingly, culturally diverse organizations outperform monocultural organizations by 35%. This diversity not only leads to more innovation and creativity, but also promotes teamwork and more holistic problem-solving skills.
2) The lecturer discussed how we view the world through the lens of culture. By changing this perspective, you can change the way you interpret the world. I think multiculturalism is vital to the world and people should actively understand and learn from different cultures. Although cultural differences can sometimes lead to conflicts, in order to reduce these conflicts and increase mutual understanding, we must embrace and learn from different cultures. In this way, we can truly acknowledge our differences and move together towards a future of peace and harmony.
3) This is closely related to the "cultural" topics we studied in the lecture, including subcultures and counter-cultures, ethnocentrism and cultural relativism. Through the study of these topics, we are able to gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on society, and apply this knowledge in practical life to promote intercultural understanding and inclusion.
