Methodology: We'll collect media content, both historical and contemporary, to identify patterns and biases in gender portrayal. We'll also consider the social and cultural context of each piece.

Expected Outcomes: We expect to gain insights into how media shapes gender norms and beliefs. We hope to identify positive and negative aspects of gender representation and promote more inclusive portrayals.

How do traditional gender roles and expectations influence individual identity and social interaction in contemporary society?

    My thinking is that traditional gender roles and expectations still play a significant role in contemporary society, with a profound impact on individual identity and social interactions. These roles and expectations stem from cultural traditions and social structures, and influence how individuals view themselves and interact with others. Although we have witnessed challenges to and efforts to redefine traditional gender roles, these roles still exist and play a role in everyday life. Therefore, I believe that we need to continue working to promote gender equality, break down stereotypes, and create inclusive environments where individuals can express themselves authentically and fully participate in social, economic, and political life.
