 1. Summary

The sex represents biological differences and is based on the physical and physiological characteristics of men and women. Biological characteristics such as XX, XY chromosomes, and hormones are the standard.

Gender represents social and cultural differences and represents how an individual experiences and expresses socially defined gender roles and identities. Social norms, social expectations, and individual gender identity are the criteria.

The differences between men and women include job differences, wage differences, and education rates, which can be seen as examples of gender discrimination.

2. What was interesting and What I learned 
I looked into the cases and causes of gender discrimination. Examples of gender discrimination include women receiving less wages than men despite performing the same job, women receiving less education in some countries, women having fewer opportunities than men, men and women having jobs fixed, sexual harassment and sexual violence in the workplace. This is due to factors such as distorted perceptions of genders, culture that restricts women's social participation, and traditional gender role stereotypes. I think a fundamental change in social structure and perception is necessary to solve this problem.
