Social inequality refers to differences between people in various aspects, such as resources, opportunities, and power. The reasons for these differences are due to social structures and institutions. Social inequality is macroscopically divided into gender inequality, racial and ethnic inequality, and age inequality. Such social inequality can hinder the growth of society, such as increasing social anxiety, increasing crime rates, and the development of society.

These days, gender inequality is an issue. It is a big issue both worldwide and in Korea. Most group executives are men. Even if you are promoted based on your ability, the number of women is very small. In some countries, women are still restricted from their education. It was interesting to think about this again.

    You need to have an attitude of respect for others. Even if the other person is different from me, I believe that respecting the attitude of others with the mindset of ‘that can happen’ is necessary in resolving all inequalities. In the past, homosexuals were socially excluded like criminals. However, as time passed, people began to acknowledge and understand it, and began to respect it as one person. There are many problems with gender inequality, but I believe that paying attention as a member of society is the greatest strength.
