 Summary

Social stratification means that people are stratified according to socioeconomic factors such as property, income, education, occupation, gender, and race. It defines the relative position people occupy in society, and each class is divided into the upper, middle, and lower classes. Stratification is evident in traditional aristocratic and peasant societies, and even more so in complex, state-based societies. Social mobility, or mobility between classes, determines an open or closed hierarchy. Scholars such as Karl Marx, Max Weber, and C. Wright-Mills analyzed social stratification from various perspectives.

Interesting point

I learned about social stratification, and it was a pity that there were people who benefited from the social class, resulting in social inequality

Question

If Marx's method was adopted, what would be the first social problem to be solved?
