Socialization is a fundamental sociological concept composed of several elements. Socialization has three goals. First, it is the development of impulse control and conscience. Second, it is the preparation and performance of one's role, such as a professional role. Third, it is the possession of something important and valuable. In short, socialization is the process of preparing humans to function in social life. 

Socialization is generally divided into two parts. Primary socialization occurs early in life in childhood and adolescence. Secondary socialization refers to socialization that occurs when new groups are met or throughout life.

Another scholar distinguished between broad socialization and narrow socialization. Broad is intended to promote independence, individualism, and self-expression. Narrow socialization is intended to promote obedience and conformity. However, he noted that it should not be understood only with two options, and that the various factors within two should also be noted.

I realized once again through the document that socialization is a very important factor in our lives. For example, a child raised by an animal other than a human will live like an animal. In other words, it grows differently depending on the environment you grow up in. In particular, it is mentioned that socialization in childhood is important. This is because we generally learn the basic behavioral patterns necessary in our lives at this time. So, while reading this document, I felt that secondary socialization is important, but primary socialization is more important.
