Summary
Socialization is a fundamental sociological concept composed of several elements. Different sociologists may have different concepts of this socialization, but the goals of socialization are mainly impulse control, development of conscience, preparation for performing roles such as professional roles, and cultivation of morality. In view of these, socialization is the education that a person can live as a person. There are various types of socialization. Primary and secondary socialization are classified according to the period of socialization. Primary socialization is mainly in children and adolescents, and secondary socialization is mainly in adulthood, and personality such as morality is learned in primary socialization and secondary socialization is taught. Extensive socialization promotes independence, and narrow socialization promotes obedience.
Like the company, each institution also conducts socialization. The reason why this socialization is important can be said to be to harmonize with people. This is because we need to know the concepts that humanity basically shares to live in people.
Interesting point
Thinking that all the things I didn't usually recognize were also one of the types of socialization, I thought that socialization was close to our lives.
