1) Summary

A government is a system or organized community that governs a country or group. It typically consists of legislative, executive, and judicial branches, and the government is also the mechanism by which it enforces and determines policies. Many countries stipulate governing principles and philosophies through a constitution. The main political systems include democracy, totalitarianism, and authoritarianism, and there are mixed forms among them. Monarchy, aristocracy, money rule, oligarchy, oligarchy, oligarchy, democracy, new power, and tyranny have all existed historically. These forms are not mutually exclusive, and mixed governments often exist. Election competition and hereditary succession are the main aspects of government philosophy as a way to obtain political power. It also explains the history and classification of various governments, dictatorship, aristocracy, and democracy. And there are currently many forms of government operated under a multi-party system, including majority, minority, and coalition governments. Majority governments have an absolute majority of seats in parliament, and minority governments do not gain support only with a large number of seats, so they need a trust supply agreement. A coalition government is formed by several political parties working together to form a government. Majority governments or minority governments can be formed without the support of a single party or other party. Under a multi-party system, a state that maintains a single-party government has a governing party system, which has an exclusive effect on the formation of a single ruling party's government. Sometimes governments can have a nonpartisan system, such as an absolute monarchy or a nonpartisan democracy.
