Summary
A government refers to a system or group that governs a state as an organized community. Most governments adopt the separation of powers and basically adopt the legislature, administration, and judiciary. The word government is derived from the Greek verb κ υ βε ρν α ́ [ Ω [kubernáo], which means adjusting. The first government is recorded to have occurred 5000 years ago, starting with a small city-state. One of the reasons for the emergence of the government is the generation of surplus food due to the development of agriculture. It is because power was needed in the process of managing and distributing it. Since the 17th century, the form of government in the form of a republic has been distributed, and it has developed through various revolutions.
In this process, political science emerged to clarify the type of political system.
