Are humans really rational?

 I think humans are rational. But I don't think they're entirely rational. First of all, I'm not using it on the grounds that humans don't make the best rational choices that exist in the world. I mean humans don't make the best rational choices that they perceive. I think we all agree with this idea. But I don't know if making the most rational-looking and emotionally excluded choices is really the best option that helps me personally. If I think I have to produce something 'good' where thoughts and choices turn into one element, I feel fortunate that I'm not purely rational.
